" Navitity - The Beginning" by David Wagner Charity A writer has been commissioned to write a "modernized" version of the nativity story, so that kids nowadays can understand the story better. As he wrestles with modernizing the story, he always ends up back at the original version of each scene. The idea is that in spite of his efforts, the story is best as is. As he works through his ideas, they are enacted (as such) behind him on the stage by the actors (costumed accordingly). More Details |

" The Odd Couple" by Neil Simon Comedy This comedy disproves the theory that opposites attract! Thrown out by his wife for being simply too annoying, the prim, fastidious news writer Felix Ungar turns up late at his long time friend Oscar Madison's London apartment for their usual Friday night poker game. Oscar, himself recently divorced, is a slovenly sports journalist who is content to live in relative squalor. His once respectable Thames-side apartment has transformed from a very nice family home to a single man's rubbish tip since his wife walked out on him 3 months ago. Against his better judgement, Oscar invites Felix to come and stay with him in his apartment. Felix gladly accepts and immediately sets about cleaning and tidying. This play follows the relationship of this 'odd couple' of friends over the next days and weeks in the apartment as it turns from friendly-natured squabbling at first into a full-on meltdown by the end!
